5. Internship Programme
With this component, the program developed and implements an internship program for Tanzanian College and University graduates to allow them gain experience in related fields while at the same time extending the range of CHWEP activities.
Since program inception, four interns have joined the program. One of them is employed by Robin Hurt Safaris, one with a local organization dealing with community development, one with a faith based organization and the fourth is self employed.
